	2012 Private Party information for Booking The Blue Pear •We can accommodate approximately 38 people for most functions When a presentation is being made we try to limit seating to 30 people •In the case of a presentation a screen is provided free of charge, the guest will need to provide any other AV equipment •As the room is very small a microphone is not necessary • Weekdays and Sundays are a $3000.00 minimum charge (not including GST and 18% gratuity). • Fridays and Saturdays are a $4500.00 minimum charge (not including GST and 18% gratuity. •We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but we will consider opening for private bookings. • The Menu is four course and is $79.00 per guest (The four-course menu will consist of one appetizer, a soup or tasting plate – two main course options and two dessert options) •The remainder of the minimum is a wine and bar/beverage tab. •We serve one red & one white wine for private events, selections can be discussed with our Sommelier •Wine Pairings are available and ideal for any celebration •Your menu will be printed by the Blue Pear and presented to your guests the date of your event - for further information please contact the Manager kimberley@thebluepear.com

	Floor Plan and seating arrangements
	Please feel free to visit the Blue Pear to see the interior space any day after 4 p.m. The restaurant is very small and our table arrangments are limited *I.E. A boardroom set up would be limited to about 15 guests . .

	Confirmation
	Menu choices will be required 10 days before the event date. The number of guests must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

	Payment
	We accept cash, and all major credit cards. Payment in full is required at completion of the function.
